When My Skincare approached us to revamp their website, they had no booking functionality and no e-commerce component. They wanted two things: to grow more and to make things easier on their staff. By creating an easy-to-use booking system for their site, it freed up the receptionist’s time allowing them to increase productivity levels throughout their working day and enabled customers the ability to book their appointments themselves which increased conversions. In addition, we built an e-commerce shop for the My Skincare product range which meant that customers could buy directly from their website, a great more for increasing sales across a wider audience.
