Digital Project Manager
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Structure: Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm
- Term: Full Time (3 Month Probation)
- Salary: £24,000 per annum

Job Overview
Due to company expansion we are looking to recruit an experienced and passionate Digital Project Manager. Our Digital Project Manager will work closely with the entire Bankhouse Media team, their primary role being to manage client projects and the Bankhouse Media team in order to successfully deliver our solutions according to the needs of our customers, prospects and management. The ideal candidate will be highly customer focused, have an amazing eye for detail and excel in project management.
Responsibilities
- Building, maintaining and managing strong, lasting relationships with clients
- Acting as the main point of contact for all clients and staff
- Tracking and reporting on project deliverables including the ability to capture and measure agreed deadlines, project successes, areas of improvement, end results and additional KPIs to the senior management team and clients
- Liaising between clients and Bankhouse Media team in order to successfully deliver on all client projects in a timely and professional manner
- Manage and delegate projects to the Bankhouse Media team in order to deliver on projects in a timely and effective manner
- Oversee projects financial budget, notifying the senior management team of key cost implications
- Regularly updating the senior management team on project status (weekly)
- Continuously asses working methods and processes making recommendations for improvements including the development of our CRM Platform to increase visibility of ongoing projects and staff tasks
- Attending existing client and new business meetings
- Update and complete all tasks via our CRM Platform Zoho
- Sending end of day reports on work completed to the senior management team
Requirements
- 5 years proven project management experience is essential. Digital marketing experience is desirable however not essential
- An ability to demonstrate working with project management software
- A good eye for attention to detail
- Excellent reporting, presenting, data analysing and communication skills (written & verbal)
- An ability to multi-task, work to strict deadlines and work under pressure including an ability to change direction at short notice
- An ability to multi task in order to manage multiple projects at any given time
- Proven experience in delegating and managing a team
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills and be very people orientated
- A qualification (or working towards) in Project Management is desirable
